WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?

Currently, EatClean RAwJoYny™ LLC processing time remains an average of 3-5 business days. This does not include the shipping time needed by the US Postal Service and during COVID-19 we are seeing many packages arriving safely but without real-time tracking updates. This is out of EatCleanRAwJoYny™ LLC control and we ask customers to have patience during this unprecedented time. Please allow an estimated 5-7 ~additional~ business days for domestic delivery.

You will receive a confirmation email and processing will start. Processing time takes 3-5 business days. After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or changed. Any orders made on the weekend Friday - Sunday will not be processed until the next business day.

Please be advised: Orders may experience longer processing times during Holidays and Sales Events. Please allow up to 14 days to complete your order before shipping. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

EatClean RAwJoYny™ LLC is a small home-based business and normally requires an average of 3 business days for an order to leave our business. As of now, for the safety of our team and to comply with the current COVID business restrictions, shipping times are fairly long. We are working as fast as we can to ship out everything and will update shipping times once this situation changes. We apologize for this inconvenience.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email notification to let you know your package is on its way. It will also have your tracking info.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR LOST?

We are not responsible for returned, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If your package was stolen or lost, please file a claim with the USPS and keep us updated. If your package was damaged from poor delivery, we are not responsible for a replacement (We may resend the Package under our discretion). Thank you for your understanding.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

There are no returns or exchanges at this time for personal hygiene products. We may give you a discount (at our own discretion) for your next purchase. Due to the nature of some of our products we sell and the current pandemic the world is facing, MOST SALES ARE FINAL!
